MNFA Breaks Three-Year Hiatus with Stacked Comeback Showcase

For anyone familiar with the rise of Jordan’s alternative electronic scene, they’d know that MNFA holds an essential status in its development. Originally housed two stories below ground in a raw concrete parking garage, the venue served as an uncompromising refuge for forward-thinking club sounds, which helped it cultivate a fiercely dedicated community. But when MNFA closed its subterranean doors nearly three years ago, it left a noticeable void in Amman's nightlife landscape.

On Friday, August 7th, MNFA will officially break its silence with a long-awaited comeback at Kan Zaman, stepping into a new era while remaining rooted in the DIY ethos that built its reputation. Designed as a 13-hour marathon running from 2:00 PM to 3:00 AM, the return edition will utilize both indoor dancefloors and open-air courtyard spaces.

To mark the occasion, MNFA has assembled a heavy-hitting roster bridging regional tastemakers with the artists actively shaping Amman’s contemporary sound. Leading the charge are Egyptian club music innovator ZULI, Tunisian selector Marwa Belhaj Youssef, and Palestinian-Jordanian pioneer Toumba. Joining them is a stacked lineup of 12 top-tier selectors delivering solo performances and collaborative back-to-back pairings, featuring Ashrar, Saria, Skyla, Steeped Tea, Mayss, and Ahmar, alongside b2b sets from Zenim x Lilo, Big Murk x Shalaby, and Manns x Sharaf.

Tickets for MNFA’s comeback showcase are available via Tzkrti.
