Egyptian artist Nada Nader and Moroccan artist Lemhallwess have released their latest single, ‘WAYAK’, a fusion of melodic trap and alternative R&B. The track explores themes of love and separation, reflecting on the idea of a deep connection that persists despite physical distance.
The song was produced and mixed by Sweden-based producer WARDENCLYPH, and mastered by artist Hala Sherif. According to the artists, ‘WAYAK’ was developed through late-night jam sessions across multiple locations, blending their individual styles into a cohesive sound.
“We both brought our own vibes, and it just clicked,” Nader and Lemhallwess said in a joint statement to SceneNoise. “It’s real, it’s raw, and we hope it resonates with anyone who has ever imagined what it’d be like to truly connect with someone.”
Both artists have been gaining recognition in their respective music scenes. Nada Nader previously released the ‘Ezayoko’ EP, while Lemhallwess is known for ‘Kondila 01’. With ‘WAYAK’, they continue to expand their reach, experimenting with sound and storytelling.
