In the latest instalment of Rap of the Week, we round up the standout releases from across the region's hip-hop scene, with new music from Rknddn, El Rass, and Pause.

Lebanese veteran El Rass joins forces with Syrian producer Nassam on ‘Ward W Mardkosh’, a satirical socio-political offering, while Jordanian-Palestinian duo Rknddn and Big Murk reconnect for the buoyant neo-drill cut ‘MAWJOOD’.

Algerian rapper Pause returns with ‘Doza’, a hard-hitting commentary reflecting on the legal controversies that have followed him in recent years. Meanwhile, Egyptian rapper Slyver makes an unexpected return from retirement with ‘Faad Beya’.
