Nawafiz, the one-day festival spotlighting Arab artists for audiences across the Netherlands and Europe, has unveiled the first wave of its 2026 lineup, taking place at Utrecht’s musical hub TivoliVredenburg on May 30th.

Launched in 2024, Nawafiz has quickly cemented itself as a vital platform for free expression and cross-cultural exchange for SWANA artists, while serving as a meeting point for Arab-speaking communities across Europe. Known for its thoughtfully curated lineups that amplify both emerging and established talent, the festival has previously hosted names like Ziad Zaza, Lana Lubany, Ahmed Eid, El Sawareekh, Marwan Moussa, and Lina Makoul.

While the full lineup is yet to be revealed, the first announced acts include London-based Kuwaiti-Palestinian artist Etaf, US-based Palestinian singer-songwriter Rasha Nahas, and Palestinian Fallahi pop artist Kokym.
