Arab Media Award Opens Submissions for 26th Edition
Entries will be accepted until March 1st, 2027 across journalism and visual media categories.
Submissions have opened for the 26th edition of the Arab Media Award, with entries accepted from October 20th, 2026 until March 1st, 2027.
Organised by the Dubai Press Club, the award is divided into two main sections: the Arab Journalism Award and the Visual Media Award. A separate Media Personality of the Year recognition is selected by the award’s Board of Directors.
Journalism categories cover Political Journalism, Economic Journalism, Investigative Reporting and Best Columnist. The Visual Media Award includes Best Economic Programme, Best Cultural Programme, Best Sports Programme, Best Social Programme and Best Documentary Project.
The award was launched in 1999 as the Arab Journalism Award before being expanded in 2021 to include a wider range of media disciplines.
