Hero’s Journey to Open First International Studio in Dubai’s Al Quoz
Hero’s Journey will open this November, using assessments and workout data to shape personalised training recommendations.
Hero’s Journey will open its first international fitness studio in Dubai’s Al Quoz this November, bringing its data-led training model to a 20,000 sq ft space offering strength, HIIT, Metcon and Reform classes under one membership.
Founded by Iliyas Issatayev, the concept begins each member’s programme with an assessment covering strength, endurance, body composition and cardiovascular fitness. Training data including weights, repetitions and heart-rate readings is then used to shape future recommendations, with members reassessed every eight weeks to track progress. Coaches remain involved throughout, providing personalised weights, intensity targets and station-by-station guidance.
“Dubai’s fitness scene is full of choice, but there is an opportunity to make the experience feel more connected,” says Miras Ibraimov, UAE Operations Founder and Master Franchisee of Hero’s Journey. “We are bringing together data-informed training, expert coaching and four complementary ways to move.”
The Al Quoz studio will offer Strength, Bootcamp, Metcon and Reform sessions alongside a dedicated Assessment Centre with body composition scans, VO₂ max testing and strength benchmarks. Founding memberships are now open ahead of the November launch at Warehouse No. 9, 7B Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area 1.
