The Latest Fitness Challenge Craze Comes to Dubai this September

DEKA FIT, the global fitness competition combining strength and endurance, is set to make its Dubai debut at Coca-Cola Arena on September 26th, with registrations now open for individual and team competitors. Similar to Hyrox, DEKA FIT sees participants complete 10 fitness stations, like sled push/pull, farmer's carry and rowing, with 500-metre runs between each station, offering a comprehensive full-body workout and 5 km of running during the challenge. All competitors take on the same standardised course and weights, with divisions based on age and competitive level. Participants can also enter as teams, sharing the workout across the fitness zones.
