Dubai's Most Expensive Ultra-Luxury Hotel to Debut in 2027
Situated on Jumeirah Beach, this boutique resort will feature a vertical design spread across nine acres.
Dubai is on the brink of welcoming another luxurious addition to its already impressive array of hospitality offerings. Aman, the ultra-luxury hotel group, is gearing up to make its debut in the UAE with the highly anticipated launch of Aman Dubai in 2027.
Situated on the prestigious shoreline of Jumeirah Beach, this suite-exclusive boutique resort will include a limited number of branded residences, fusing contemporary design with traditional Arabian hospitality. Drawing inspiration from the UAE's diverse landscape, the vertically designed nine-acre property features desert-inspired tones and natural materials, achieving a harmonious interplay of opulence and authenticity.
At the core of this establishment will be a lush garden and parkland reminiscent of the botanical gardens at Aman Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. Complementing this serene setting will be a 300-metre private beach, a luxurious Aman Spa and an exclusive Aman Club – a members-only space offering access to an array of amenities including villas, spa facilities, restaurants, meeting rooms, and a cinema.
“Dubai stands as a global city, leading the charge in dynamic evolution, offering an array of experiences for both visitors and residents alike,” Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, shares with SceneTraveller. “Securing the optimal site was paramount to ensure the delivery of our unparallelled service and authentic experiences, for which we are world-renowned.”
While details regarding the room count and rates remain undisclosed, it’s anticipated that guests should be prepared for indulgence. Prices are expected to rival those of its sister property, Aman New York, where rooms fetch an astounding USD 3,200 per night, equivalent to nearly AED 11,000. Currently, renowned establishments such as Atlantis The Royal, Bulgari Resort Dubai, and Burj Al Arab command an average rate of around AED 4,000 per night.
