Red Sea Retreat Formé Wellness is Built Around Doing Less
Formé Wellness and Equinox Resort AMAALA are hosting four days of Pilates, sound healing, recovery and downtime from October 29th.
Four days of sunrise Pilates, sound baths, recovery sessions and slow evenings by the Red Sea are coming to Triple Bay this autumn, as Formé Wellness teams up with Equinox Resort AMAALA for a four-day retreat from October 29th to November 1st.
The Reset Retreat is built around movement and recovery without turning the weekend into an endurance test. Guests will move between mat and Reformer Pilates, yoga and sound healing sessions, with the schedule deliberately leaving room for beach walks, pool time, massages and evenings around the resort. The first day starts gently with lunch, a beach walk and resort tour before guests choose between a massage and cryotherapy ahead of dinner.
Friday begins with sunrise mat Pilates, followed by breakfast, sound healing and time in the magnesium pool before a sunset marina walk and an evening in the resort’s grotto and Jacuzzi. Saturday shifts into Reformer Pilates and a recovery swim in the ladies’ pool before winding down with sunset Yin Yoga. The final morning closes with sunrise yoga and sound healing before breakfast and checkout.
Formé Wellness, which was named Favourite Fitness Facility at the What’s On Saudi Arabia Awards 2026, is hosting the retreat in collaboration with Equinox Resort AMAALA. Single occupancy in a king room starts at SAR 3,000 per night, while a room with two queen beds for two guests starts at SAR 3,500 per night. Meals and activities are included, with taxes charged separately. Flights are not included, although transfers to and from Al Wajh Airport are covered.
