This Wellness Festival Transforms El Gouna Into a Mindful Village
From breathwork to Barre, from wisdom talks to dancing under open skies—Raabta Wellness Festival brings global wellness seekers together on Egypt’s Red Sea coast.
Egyptian duo Sarah Abdelmoneim and Nour Ganzoury didn’t just stumble into wellness—they lived it, studied it, shaped themselves through it, and then brought it to life in Raabta Wellness Festival, held each December in El Gouna’s Fish Farm.
Sarah, a seasoned yoga teacher, blends breathwork, movement, and Body-Based Knowledge into a grounding, intuitive practice. Nour, with specialised sports nutrition training, and certifications in Barre Intensity and Zumba, brings a kinetic, science-rooted understanding of how bodies move, heal, and thrive.
Together, they created an annual space in El Gouna where people from different corners of the world could gather not for spectacle, but for presence.
Over three days, from December 4th to 6th, 2025, Raabta became a world of choice: flow through mixed movement, dive into martial arts, join wisdom talks, dissolve into sound healing, create through art, dance under open skies, catch live performances, book one-on-ones, or wander into spaces made for little ones. It was a choose-your-own-magic kind of experience.
And the people who gathered there? They arrived from Europe, Asia, Africa, and across the Middle East—a global circle of practitioners, teachers, families, seekers, and curious souls. The diversity became part of the festival’s electricity, turning The Fish Farm into a mosaic of cultures, movement styles, and lived stories.
What Sarah and Nour managed to build is more than just a festival, and offers far more than just wellness. It’s a true home for the mindful, the creative, the open-hearted. One where they can slow down, breathe differently, and reconnect with themselves in one of the most stunning coastal towns in the world.
