Mariam's genre-defying collections challenge convention. Her ‘Flamenco’ series, a standout at Art Dubai's esteemed fair, reimagines intricate dance costumes using precious metals and gems. "The pieces channel different moods," notes Assem.

Whether infusing pearls with vivacity, akin to "confetti sprinkled across the skin," or accentuating gold with engraved contours reminiscent of "furrows weathered through life," Assem revitalises the traditions of jewellery.

Her diverse clientele reflects the magic of her work, “younger patrons surprise with layered necklaces at soirées, while mature clients treasure pieces for a lifetime," Assem shares. The brand is set to expand regionally with luxury partners, with further plans for expansion into Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE in the coming year.
