Everything to Know About F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Yas Island

The 2024 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, taking place from December 6th to the 8th at the Yas Marina Circuit, is set to be one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year, attracting thousands of international visitors for its mix of entertainment, music, and family-friendly activities.

Here's everything you need to know: 

The Races

This year’s F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will feature F1 legends battling it out in the Season Finale at the 5.554 KM Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island. 

The first and second free practice will take place on Friday, and you can catch the third free practice and the qualifying on Saturday. Finally, on Sunday, we’ll know who’s won the final race of the season. 

Highlights of the races include watching as Luke Browning makes his F1 weekend debut alongside Jack Doohan, and experiencing live, close-up action from the Pit Lane Walk. 

The Concerts 

Once the thrill of the track has subsided, you can party it out at the FAB After-Race Concerts at Etihad Park with global superstars Teddy Swims and Peggy Gou on Thursday, Maroon 5 on Friday, Eminem on Saturday and Muse on Sunday. 

The Parties 

You can also keep the post-race energy high with Yasalam Official After-Parties, featuring the Abu Dhabi debut of Afterlife on Friday and a show by Tale Of Us, which will include Layla Benitez, Rebūke and Cassian at Yas Gateway Park.   

On Saturday, you can catch Mahmut Orhan in action, while on Sunday, you’ll be able to dance it out at the Lost Frequencies After-Party at Garden On Yas or the CÉ LA VI After-Party at Luna Lounge. 

Both days will include a Greek-style “dine and dance” experience at the OPA After-Party at Deck At Nine.
