Manchester-Born Christmas Experience ‘The Grotto’ Lands in Dubai
Open daily from December 6th to January 5th, The Grotto will transform Dubai Mall into a winter wonderland.
This holiday season, Dubai Mall will transform into a winter wonderland with The Grotto, a magical Christmas experience making its UAE debut. Originally from Manchester, this immersive festive attraction takes families on an enchanting journey to meet Santa Claus, complete with interactive activities and surprises.
The journey begins at Candy Cane Lane, where little ones can send letters to Santa before venturing through the Enchanted Forest and Merry Mail Room. Along the way, kids will meet festive characters, culminating in a visit with Santa himself. Visitors can leave with a keepsake photo and a special gift for the children.
Tickets are priced at AED 149 for children and AED 99 for adults, with babies under 12 months entering for free (though they won’t receive a gift). Located near the Dubai Ice Rink, advance booking is recommended as slots are expected to fill quickly.
Open daily from December 6th to January 5th, The Grotto joins Dubai’s lineup of Santa meet-and-greets, including locations at Ski Dubai, Expo City, and Media City’s Winter District.
