Nationwide Public School Art Competition to Celebrate Emirati Heritage
Students and teachers are invited to showcase their creativity by transforming campuses into cultural hubs.
The Ministry of Education has launched its largest-ever art competition for public schools, titled ‘My School… My Identity’. Designed to honour Emirati cultural heritage, the initiative invites students and teachers to creatively transform their schools into reflections of national pride.
Running from January 20th to March 28th, the competition offers substantial financial rewards, with AED 100,000 awarded to the first-place winner. Second and third places will receive AED 70,000 and AED 50,000, respectively, while the schools ranked fourth to 10th will each earn AED 25,000.
Entries will be judged on their representation of Emirati heritage, creativity, teamwork, and adherence to educational and technical standards. A panel of experts, including famous UAE artists, will select the top submissions.
