Journify Raises $12 Million Series A to Expand Adtech Platform
The round will fund expansion into the US and Europe and strengthen Journify’s AI-driven advertising data tools.
US-headquartered adtech startup Journify has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round led by Morocco’s Al Mada Ventures and co-led by returning investor Silicon Badia. Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their investments, while Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital joined as new backers. The round closed at four times Journify’s previous valuation and will support expansion into the US and Europe.
Founded in San Francisco with regional offices in Dubai and Riyadh, Journify builds advertising data infrastructure that connects customer interactions and sales across online and offline channels. The platform feeds verified outcomes such as purchases, sign-ups and in-store sales into advertising platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and Amazon Ads, allowing their algorithms to optimise campaigns using more complete customer data.
Journify serves more than 100 businesses, including Jarir Bookstore and Baytonia. The company said Jarir increased return on ad spend by 182%, while Baytonia increased return on ad spend by 80% and reduced cost per purchase by 44%. Since Silicon Badia’s initial investment, Journify’s revenues have grown by more than fivefold.
The new funding will also be used to strengthen Journify’s AI systems for monitoring, detecting and resolving data-quality issues in advertising signals. The company is positioning the technology around the growing role of automated ad buying, where the quality of customer and conversion data increasingly affects how advertising algorithms make decisions.
Journify previously raised $4 million in 2025 in a round led by Silicon Badia and later secured additional strategic investment from Shorooq Partners and Bunat Ventures.
