Omani Fascano Raises $10M to Scale Cloud Hospitality Platform
Founded in 2021, Fascano will expand across the region as hotels and restaurants digitise reservations, menus and QR payments.
Reservations, orders, and payments in Middle Eastern hospitality are steadily moving to the cloud. Oman-based hospitality technology startup Fascano has raised $10 million to accelerate that shift, with plans to scale its platform and expand beyond its home market.
The round includes participation from Sayyid Dr. Kamil bin Fahd Al Said, Cyfr Capital, and a strategic partnership with the Oman Future Fund, which is backed by the Oman Investment Authority. Founded in 2021 by Ahmed Al Kharusi and Murak Al Muairki, Fascano offers a cloud suite for hotels, restaurants, and cafés covering reservations and order management, digital menus, and QR code-enabled contactless payments. The platform targets operational inefficiency by digitising core workflows, and has been growing its client base across the region amid increasing demand for digital infrastructure in hospitality and food services.
This marks Fascano’s third funding milestone, following an undisclosed round in November 2024 led by the Oman Future Fund, and an initial round of over $1 million. The new capital will go toward expanding market presence, enhancing the technology platform, and further product development. The raise comes as interest in hospitality technology accelerates across the Middle East, with operators seeking more advanced tools for efficiency and customer experience.
