Saudi Fintech Tabby Raises $233 Million at $6.5 Billion Valuation
The Series F will support Tabby’s expansion beyond buy now, pay later into broader financial services across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Riyadh-based fintech Tabby has raised $233 million in a Series F round at a $6.5 billion valuation as it expands beyond buy now, pay later into broader financial services across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The round was led by Blue Pool Capital, with participation from HSG, Wellington Management and Arbor Ventures. The transaction remains subject to applicable regulatory approvals, including approval from the Saudi Central Bank.
“We began with a button at an online checkout to help people spread costs over time,” said Tabby CEO and Co-Founder Hosam Arab. “Everything since, every product and every licence, has come back to the same idea: people deserve more from their money.”
Tabby said it has been profitable since 2023 and now processes more than $18 billion in annualised transaction volume across 25 million registered users and 70,000 business partners.
The latest round also includes a liquidity option for employees. Since 2023, Tabby said its share tenders have facilitated more than $100 million in employee share sales.
Over the past year, the Saudi Central Bank granted Tabby consumer and SME finance licences, while the company also acquired Tweeq, a central bank-licensed digital wallet.
In the UAE, Tabby secured a Stored Value Facilities licence from the Central Bank to launch Tabby Cash, which offers card spending, cashback and local and international transfers without account or card fees.
The company currently serves customers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and works with brands including SHEIN, Amazon, Apple, IKEA, Jarir, Samsung and noon.
Tabby was last valued at $4.5 billion in October 2025 following a share sale. The latest Series F lifts that valuation by roughly 44% as the company builds out a broader financial services platform around payments, lending and digital money management.
