‘Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Programme Launches in UAE

A business setup programme has been introduced in the UAE to streamline the process of launching a company by combining formation services, banking access, and operational tools into a single platform.

The Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program is led by Creative Zone, a consultancy specialising in company formation services, in collaboration with RAKEZ, a free zone authority, and Mashreq NEO BIZ, a business banking service from Mashreq. It is designed as an entry-level offering for first-time founders and early-stage entrepreneurs.

The programme addresses common barriers faced by new business owners, including fragmented setup processes, limited access to banking services, and a lack of integrated support systems. It consolidates company registration, financial onboarding, and operational services into a single access point.

Participants receive more than AED 15,000 in partner-backed benefits at no additional cost. These include digital bank account opening through Mashreq NEO BIZ, discounted logistics services from DHL, corporate tax and VAT registration support, medical insurance, one year of web hosting through Amazon Web Services, a virtual office package, and access to HR and legal services. Additional support is provided through tools from Zoho.

The programme is positioned as a structured entry point for individuals moving from concept to company, bringing together multiple service providers under a single framework.

The rollout comes as the UAE ranks first globally in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s National Entrepreneurship Context Index and continues to expand its startup ecosystem, with a target of reaching one million small and medium-sized enterprises by 2030.
