Saudi Arabia has also launched a global initiative to distribute 1.2 million copies of the Holy Qur’an worldwide.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has recently gifted 29,000 copies of the Holy Qur’an to Umrah pilgrims arriving at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. These copies, published by the King Fahd Complex for Printing in Madinah, were available in multiple sizes and languages to accommodate the diverse backgrounds of pilgrims.
Beyond local efforts, Saudi Arabia has also launched a global initiative to distribute 1.2 million copies of the Holy Qur’an in 79 languages across 45 countries. This effort, part of King Salman's Qur’an gifting program, is being carried out through Islamic and cultural centres, as well as Saudi embassies worldwide, to ensure access to the Qur’an for Muslim communities across the globe.
