4,631 Residential Land Plots Allocated Across Dubai

A total of 4,631 residential land plots have been allocated across Dubai with a combined value of AED 5.3 billion.
The designated plots cover more than 71 million square feet and are distributed across three areas in the emirate: Al Ayyas, Latifa City and Mushrif.
The allocation outlines the number of residential plots identified for development, their overall value and the locations where the land will be made available.
Together, the designated sites represent a residential land bank exceeding 71 million square feet across the three districts, setting out the scale and geographic distribution of the plots within Dubai.
