Comedy Play ‘Television’ to Be Performed at New Alamein Festival

‘The Television’, a theatrical production starring Hassan El Raddad and Amy Samir Ghanem, will be featured during the second edition of New Alamein Festival from August 15th to the 17th.

‘The Television’, a theatrical production starring Hassan El Raddad and Amy Samir Ghanem, will be featured during the second edition of New Alamein Festival from August 15th to the 17th.

Written by Ahmed Saad, Ibrahim Saber and Mohamed Khattab, and directed by Mohamed El Saghir, the play depicts the comedic lives of a married couple named Hosny and Karwanah, played by El Raddad and Ghanem, who find a TV remote that teleports them into different scenarios. The cast will feature the likes of Aws Aws, Mahmoud Hafez, Badreya Tolba and Suleiman Eid.

New Alamein Festival, currently running from July 12th to August 30th, is a major entertainment event on the North Coast, featuring a diverse lineup of concerts, cultural activities and sports events.
