Dubai Announces Privileges for Residents With 10 Years of Compliance

In a move to recognize and reward adherence to residency laws, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced a new initiative, ‘Ideal Face’, which offers exclusive privileges to Dubai residents and Emirati sponsors who have maintained a clean residency record for the past decade.

Beginning November 1st, the ‘Ideal Face’ initiative will include key privileges that eligible individuals will enjoy, such as priority call service when contacting the Amer Call Centre for residency-related inquiries, exclusive service queue at Amer Centres, a digital 'Ideal Face' appreciation certificate and special services for senior citizens, who will receive personalized assistance directly at their homes through a mobile service vehicle.

To qualify for these privileges, individuals must be UAE citizens or foreign residents, have resided in Dubai for a minimum of 10 years, be a sponsor of one or more individuals who have similarly maintained a clean residency record for the past decade, and/or ensure that neither the sponsor nor those sponsored have committed any residency violations within the current year.

It is important to note that these benefits are exclusive to individuals and do not extend to establishments or organizations.
