Dubai’s First Beach Park for Dogs Opens at Dubai Islands Beach

A new dog-friendly beach park has opened in Dubai, welcoming dogs and their owners to enjoy the coast and all the glorious things that entails (Get it? En-’tails’?).

While there have always been some parts of Dubai’s shore where it is permitted to walk your dog, it has almost always come with conditions; dogs usually have to remain leashed and are not allowed to swim in the sea. Located on the northern coastline of Dubai around Deira Waterfront, Dubai Islands Beach loosens the leash on these pooch-punishing regulations, allowing them to run and swim free.

Open from sunrise to sunset throughout the week, Dubai Islands Beach also features an obstacle and agility course for your furry friend. With slalom posts, hoop rings and even a rocking seesaw, you can guarantee a thoroughly knackered canine after a visit to this park.
