Egyptian Actor Ahmed Dawood Will Host ‘The Container’ Docuseries

Egyptian actor Ahmed Dawood will soon host his first docuseries, ‘The Container’, an upcoming television programme that will take viewers on a tour through Egypt’s factories.

Set to air on ‘ONE’, the 16-episode programme will spotlight local production and craftsmanship with an emphasis on their development over the past five years, in an effort to overturn the narrative that Egyptian products are of a lower quality compared to their global counterparts.

Dawood has starred in a myriad of roles since his first on-screen appearance in 2003, and has since appeared in popular or high profile productions such as ‘Welad Rezk’ (2015), ‘Grand Hotel’ (2016), and ‘Suits Bl Araby’ (2022).
