Ahmed Dawood Begins Filming Ramadan 2025 Series ‘El Sharnaqa’

Actor Ahmed Dawood has officially started filming his upcoming Ramadan 2025 series, which currently has the temporary title ‘El Sharnaqa’. The actor shared a behind-the-scenes photo on his social media accounts with the caption, “El Sharnaqa... Ramadan 2025.”
The series features a notable cast, including Maryam Al-Khusht, Ali Al-Tayeb, Sabry Fawaz, Amr Wahba, Salah Abdullah, Mohamed Abdu, Sarah Abi Kanaan and Yasser Ezzat. The show is written by Amr Samir Atef and directed by Mahmoud Abdel Tawab.
Meanwhile, Dawood’s latest film ‘Al Hawa Sultan’ continues its strong box office performance, grossing over EGP 82 million. The film stars Menna Shalaby, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Sawsan Badr and Jihan El Shamashergy. It was both written and directed by Heba Yousry.
Additionally, Dawood recently finished filming ‘Kol Sana Marra’, directed by Yahya Ismail and produced by Yellow Page. The series stars Ahmed Bedir, Mohammed Mahmoud, Tharaa Gobail, Morad Makram and Farah Youssef, with a script by Abdel Rahman Gawish.
