Fire Reignites Inside Ramses Telecom Building in Downtown Cairo

After an earlier blaze was brought under control, a second fire erupted in the building with civil defense units continuing their efforts to extinguish the flames.

A second fire broke out on the upper floors of the Ramses telecom exchange building in Downtown Cairo, prompting a renewed emergency response. Civil defense teams are continuing efforts to contain the blaze, which followed an earlier fire in the same building that had been brought under control earlier in the day.

Fire crews have been using hydraulic ladders to access higher floors and prevent further spread.
