Front Row Acquires MENA Rights to Palestinian Film ‘No Other Land’
The Oscar-winning film will be released theatrically and on streaming platforms across the MENA region.

Dubai-based distributor Front Row Filmed Entertainment has secured the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) distribution rights for 'No Other Land', the Oscar-winning documentary that portrays the plight of Palestinian villagers in Masafer Yatta, West Bank. The film will be available both in cinemas and on streaming services throughout the region.
Co-directed by Palestinian activist Basel Adra and Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham, 'No Other Land' garnered critical acclaim for its raw portrayal of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, earning accolades such as the Panorama Audience Award and the Berlinale Documentary Award at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival.
Front Row Filmed Entertainment will also distribute other Oscar-winning titles this year, including 'The Substance' and 'Emelia Perez'.
Despite its success, ‘No Other Land’ has encountered distribution challenges in the United States, with major studios hesitant to back it due to its subject matter. Recently, the mayor of Miami Beach, Steven Meiner, threatened to pull public funding of an independent cinema in the city for screening the film, which would cause the cinema to be evicted and lose a proposed USD 40,000 in promised grant funding.
