Giza Governorate Clears 7,000 Tons of Waste Around Ring Road
The Governor of Giza highlighted waste removal efforts, and implemented new measures for improved traffic and street activity.
The governorate of Giza, through the Haram district and the Sanitation and Beautification Authority, has cleared 7,000 tons of waste at an informal landfill near the Ring Road over two days. This initiative is part of the governorate's efforts to enhance cleanliness, improve the aesthetic appearance of roads, and make traffic more efficient.
Efforts to remove waste included clearing accumulations and waste from various locations such as Mariouteya Road in Faisal, the Mansheya Tunnel, Shishini Street, Ramiya Square, Jalal Bank, the Menoufia Canal and Kaabish Street.
