UAE’s BEEAH Group to Invest AED 500 Million Into Egypt’s Environment
The Emirati group is investing in Egyptian fields like waste management, renewables, green hydrogen, and water desalination.
Emirati sustainability-focused company BEEAH Group is planning to invest AED 500 million (USD 136 million) into the waste management, environment, and sustainability sector in Egypt.
The announcement came during a meeting between the Egyptian Minister of Environment, Yamin Fouad, and a delegation from the UAE-based group, during which they discussed future cooperation in several fields such as waste management, renewables, green hydrogen and water desalination.
Representatives of BEEAH Group have commented on their intentions to build multilateral partnerships with other local and foreign partners, as well as manage investment funds in order to mitigate anticipated risks.
