Have Your Coffee Served by ‘Bears’ at Koji’s Coffee in Riyadh
A plush bear hand reaches through a hole in the wall, handing over your cup of coffee. Surreal, but rather wonderful.
You may well have seen viral videos of a flush bear hand reaching through a hole in the wall to serve someone their coffee, most likely in a Japanese cafe. Well, no longer do you need to travel across all of Asia to experience it for yourself; Koji’s cafe in Riyadh is now offering the same twist on a zero-contact cafe. If a minimalist cafe with a totally hidden preparation area - combined with the potential to fist-bump a bear - sounds like your idea of perfection, then this cafe on Uthman Ibn Affan Road is a must-visit, especially for signature drinks such as their Iced Special Cappuccino.
During Ramadan, the cafe is open from 6 PM until 1:30 AM, with the hours reverting to normal once Eid Al Fitr rolls around.
