Heliopolis Housing Taps Three Companies for Merryland Park Development
The project includes companies with expertise in development and asset management.
Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development has selected Melle, Rising Star, and Modad to lead the development of Merryland Park, one of Heliopolis' most notable landmarks. The chosen companies are currently negotiating financial terms, with the finance committee set to finalise its review before presenting the proposals at the next Board of Directors meeting.
Alongside development firms, EFS Egypt, a company specialising in asset management, has been brought on board to oversee operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development plays a central role in Egypt’s real estate and urban planning sector, overseeing land preparation, facility construction, and large-scale development projects. The company is also involved in organising, planning, and selling lands it owns or manages, either directly or on behalf of others.
