Jeddah to Host Saudi Arabia’s First FIA World Rally Championship Round
The route will run through terrain near Jeddah, including Khulais, Asfan, Thahban, Umm Al-Jurm, Al-Ghawla and Wadi Al-Mutwi.
Jeddah will host the inaugural Saudi round of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). Titled Rally Saudi Arabia Powered by Jameel Motorsport, the event will serve as the concluding round of the 2025 season from November 26th to the 29th.
The event will feature 82 drivers and co-drivers from 25 nationalities competing in three categories, covering a total distance of approximately 1 218 kilometres, including 319 kilometres of special stages across 17 runs.
The route will run through terrain near Jeddah, including Khulais, Asfan, Thahban, Umm Al-Jurm, Al-Ghawla and Wadi Al-Mutwi, and has been designed to challenge drivers with fast and technical sections while showcasing the landscape of western Saudi Arabia.
Ahead of the competition proper, a car parade will take place along the Jeddah Corniche on November 21, offering spectators an opportunity to view participants up close.
