Larger Saudi Businesses to Train Students in the Job Market
These training programs hope to create opportunities for development and growth for university students.
The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has issued an order that would make it so that larger businesses - specifically any private sector businesses with 50 or more employees - will need to provide training for students to help ease their transition into the job market.
These training programs hope to create opportunities for development and growth for university students in particular, and enable them to receive relevant training that will allow them to secure jobs after graduation.
The decision was made in coordination with the kingdom's Ministry of Education, as well as the Human Resources Development Fund, and the Technical and Vocational Training Corp.
