London's renowned Asian-inspired restaurant, Sexy Fish, is set to make waves with its debut in Dubai this autumn, laying its anchor at the city's bustling DIFC district.
Since its London debut in 2015, Sexy Fish has garnered a loyal following for its unique ambiance. Diners can expect a multi-sensory experience featuring resident DJs, opulent interiors, and artwork by Damien Hirst and Frank Gehry. The Dubai location is expected to mirror this hedonistic atmosphere, offering diners breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline alongside Hirst's thought-provoking pieces.
Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber will helm the kitchen, crafting a diverse menu inspired by the rich culinary tapestry of Asia, with a focus on Japanese flavors. The Dubai outpost is likely to retain some of Sexy Fish's signature dishes, like the duck salad, vegetarian sushi and black cod, alongside new creations and seasonal offerings.
