New Tourist Package Visa Pilot Combines Flights, Hotels & Entry

A new Package Visa pilot has been introduced to simplify travel to Saudi Arabia by allowing travel companies to offer international visitors an all-in-one booking that combines flights, accommodation and tourist visa applications.

The initiative enables licensed travel companies to bundle round-trip flights, accommodation at licensed hospitality facilities and a streamlined electronic visa application process into a single package. Visitors can also personalise their itineraries by adding experiences such as events, attractions and tourism activities.

The pilot forms part of broader efforts by the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior and the Insurance Authority to make travel planning and entry more seamless. It complements existing entry options including e-visas, visas on arrival and the Stopover Transit Visa.

The initiative supports wider tourism growth plans by simplifying the visitor experience while strengthening the Kingdom's appeal as a global tourism destination. More than 25 million visitors travelled to Saudi Arabia in 2025.
