Monte-Carlo SBM to Open Its First Restaurant in Dubai in 2025

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM), the luxury hospitality group behind some of Monaco’s most renowned hotels, casinos, and restaurants, is set to expand its footprint with the opening of its first restaurant in Dubai in 2025 with Monte-Carlo Club 1863.

Known for its prestigious portfolio, Monte-Carlo SBM operates some of the most iconic properties in Monaco, including the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, and Monte-Carlo Beach. The group is also behind the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo and Casino Café de Paris. In addition to its luxury hotels, SBM oversees over two dozen restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris and Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, as well as renowned brands like Coya and Buddha-Bar.

Set to open in the autumn of 2025, Monte-Carlo Club 1863 is set to bring Monaco’s culinary specialties to Dubai’s food scene, although its exact location has yet to be announced.
