NEOM's Luxury Red Sea Resort Island Sindalah is Now Open
Designed by Italian architect Luca Dini, Sindalah offers high-end dining experiences, upscale retail offerings and world-class stays including a new Four Seasons resort.
NEOM has opened its luxurious Red Sea destination Sindalah to its first wave of guests. Designed by renowned Italian architect Luca Dini, the island of Sindalah is found just five kilometres from Saudi Arabia’s Mediterranean ports, and is able to host up to 2,400 guests daily with high-end dining experiences, upscale retail offerings and world-class stays including a new Four Seasons resort.
Sindalah’s development has drawn on a two-year effort involving up to 30,000 workers and collaborations with local contractors, emphasising sustainability through its conservation of local marine biodiversity. The surrounding waters, home to unique species and coral, offer an ecological haven for guests to explore.
For yacht owners from Europe and the GCC, Sindalah’s marina is designed to set a new standard in sailing with 86 berths and docking services. The island’s Yacht Club by Stefano Ricci serves as a social hub for the yachting community, complementing Sindalah’s broader focus on luxury experiences.
Sindalah will also support Saudi Arabia’s growing hospitality sector, creating around 3,500 jobs by 2028 and contributing to economic diversification. Additional attractions include a beach club with poolside lounging and a golf club with a 6,474-yard course.
