National Council for Women Launches Complaint Page on Facebook

The National Council for Women has launched an official complaint platform for women on Facebook and Instagram titled ‘Women's Complaints Office 15115’. The platform aims to clarify the office's jurisdiction and its role in addressing legal, social, and psychological issues facing Egyptian women. It also aims to assist women in asserting their rights through branches across the country and raise awareness about their legal rights in all areas.

The platform provides information on how to contact the office for legal and psychological support, including calling the hotline at 15115, visiting one of the 27 branches in the governorates, or reaching out via WhatsApp at 01007525600. Complaints and inquiries received through the official page will be addressed by specialists.

The office's jurisdiction covers 12 areas, including personal status matters such as personal and financial guardianship, violence, discrimination, deprivation crimes, cybercrimes, human trafficking, illegal migration, execution of judgments, labour complaints, inheritance, government services and documentation, social, economic, and cultural rights, psychological support, family counselling, and exceptional complaints.
