Palestinian-American comedian Mo Amer is returning with the much-anticipated second season of his award-winning Netflix series, "Mo," set to debut on January 30th, 2025. The new trailer showcases the show’s signature humor and heartfelt moments as Mo Najjar, played by Amer, continues to navigate life as a Palestinian refugee in the U.S.
Season 2 picks up with Mo stranded across the border, racing against time to return to Houston for his family's crucial asylum hearing. With no passport and limited options, Mo's resourcefulness is tested as he confronts unexpected challenges, including a new rival threatening both his relationship with Maria and his unique falafel taco recipe.
Created and executive produced by Mo Amer and Ramy Youssef, the series is known for its authentic portrayal of the immigrant experience. The cast includes Teresa Ruiz, Farah Bsieso, Omar Elba, and Tobe Nwigwe, among others.
