Saudi Arabia’s New Jadarat Platform Offers 70,000 Jobs Nationwide
The platform is designed to simplify job searching and improve access to local talent.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has unveiled Jadarat, a new national job platform connecting job seekers with employers through a streamlined digital system.
Officially launched in Riyadh by Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi, Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khateeb, and Hadaf Director General Turki Al-Jawini, the platform is designed to simplify job searching and improve access to local talent.
Jadarat was developed following a Cabinet decision in February 2021, with the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) appointed to manage the platform in October 2023. The platform features approximately 70,000 job vacancies across various specializations and sectors, aiming to unify and verify job seekers' data while enhancing the application process.
The introduction of Jadarat aligns with Hadaf’s broader efforts, which have seen about SAR 3.7 billion (USD 986 million) allocated to employment, training, and qualification programs in the first half of 2024. Over 100,000 establishments have benefited from these initiatives, leading to the employment of more than 153,000 citizens in the private sector.
The platform draws on international best practices and addresses previous labor market challenges to elevate the quality and reliability of employment data and unify employment efforts across both public and private sectors.
