Saudi investments in Egypt have reached USD 32 billion, according to a statement from the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.
Trade exchange between Egypt and Saudi Arabia rose by 13.5% in 2022, reaching USD 10.3 billion compared to USD 9.1 billion in 2021. The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics confirmed Saudi Arabia as the biggest investor in Egypt for the first half of the fiscal year 2022/23, with their investments reaching up to USD 2.1 billion.
