School Holiday Declared in Jeddah, Makkah & Taif for Formula One
April 20th and the 21st will be a holiday for students and education staff as Jeddah hosts the stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

The Ministry of Education has approved an official holiday for students and education staff in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif on April 20th and the 21st to accommodate the upcoming Formula One Saudi Arabian Grand Prix at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
The Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the world’s fastest street circuit, will host the fifth round of the 2025 Formula One World Championship as part of Jeddah Season activities.
The stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is expected to attract thousands of motorsport fans to Jeddah, with the school holiday allowing families and students to participate in the event.
