Third Metro Line Boosts Train Frequency for Egypt vs Mauritania Match

In preparation for the national Egyptian football team's match against Mauritania on Friday, October 11th, RATP Dev Mobility Cairo, the French company overseeing the operation of Cairo's third metro line, announced an increase in train frequency.

The Green Line will see trains running every five minutes during key hours to accommodate the anticipated rise in commuters heading to Cairo International Stadium.

From 3 PM to 6 PM, and later from 9 PM to 11 PM, trains will operate at this heightened frequency, ensuring that football fans can swiftly and conveniently travel to and from the stadium. This move is expected to ease crowd congestion and help thousands of supporters catch the game on time.
