UK-based safety training firm 3t has launched a tailored program to support the inclusion of Saudi women in the energy sector. Backed by local partnerships and aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the initiative focuses on equipping women with internationally certified skills in safety-critical industries such as oil, gas, renewables, and utilities.
The program, held at the National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM), includes hands-on technical training and aims to create long-term career opportunities. It marks a strategic step in developing a more inclusive and diversified energy workforce in the Kingdom.
