Al-Samah Village, located in Aswan, is a unique community inhabited solely by divorced and widowed women. Established in 1998 by the Ministry of Agriculture, its purpose is to support economically vulnerable women. In Al-Samah, the only men present are the sons of residents or laborers who come from other villages to help build facilities. This strategic approach transforms beneficiaries into stakeholders and is a living testimony to female empowerment.
