You Can Now Use Hajj & Umrah App Nusuk Without Mobile Data
Saudi Arabia has made the Nusuk pilgrimage app available without internet or mobile data, allowing all users to access essential Hajj and Umrah services on the go.

Saudi Arabia has announced that the Nusuk app - the official platform for booking, planning, and navigating Hajj and Umrah - can now be used without using mobile data. Citizens, residents, and international visitors can access the app’s full range of services including making reservations, issuing permits, and obtaining location-based support in Makkah.
The update is being rolled out in collaboration with Saudi telecom operators STC, Mobily, and Zain. According to Ahmed Al-Maiman, CEO of Nusuk, the move will help streamline crowd management, reduce the number of lost visitors, and speed up permit verification, including for visits to Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa.
The offline accessibility of Nusuk reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to enhance the pilgrimage experience using digital tools, in line with the goals of Vision 2030.
