1980 Lands at Ivory Business Park With Its Sleekest Space Yet
You can sit in for eggs benedict or end up stretching a work session over coffee and fteer mshaltet.
1980 has opened a new spot at Ivory Business Park in Zayed, bringing its familiar coffee-first identity into a space that feels more polished.
The cafe still runs on quick espresso and iced coffee orders between meetings, but you can also sit in for eggs benedict or end up staying longer over coffee and fteer mshaltet. It works just as well for a fast stop as it does for a full work session.
Designed by Rami Soussou, the space leans into clean lines and brushed steel, balanced with burnt-orange seating that softens the industrial edges. Floor-to-ceiling windows keep it bright during the day, while warmer lighting takes over at night, shifting the mood without changing the pace.
