Boba Hotspot PÀO Introduces New Savoury Menu at District 5 Branch
Because ‘Boba Colada’ needs a side of noodles…
Craving some good ol’ Asian street food? Cairo’s go-to boba hotspot Pào seems to have made quite the leap from their signature black pearls, expanding with a brand new savoury menu available exclusively at their District 5 branch. While limited to two offerings - for now - Pào’s new hot and spicy offerings are ‘noodling our troubles away’ with an authentically Japanese saucy udon noodle box, available in beef or chicken, with the actual spice adjustable to taste, naturally.
Complementing the to-be-signature noodle box, Pào has also introduced two new golden-fried variations of ‘Pào Pops’, with tempura-battered shrimps drenched in housemade dynamite sauce, and crispy fried chicken pops swimming in Korean barbecue sauce.
Honeycomb matcha boba with fried chicken on the side? Oh absolutely. Now excuse us, we’re heading to District 5.
