Dolato and Matter Team Up for a Matcha Mango Piña Colada Popsicle

Matcha, mango and piña colada walked into a popsicle. No, this isn’t the beginning of a very niche joke. It’s actually the latest collaboration between Dolato and Matter, who have teamed up for an exclusive release that somehow manages to fit three very different summer personalities into one frozen treat.

The Piña Colada Matcha Mango Ice Cream Popsicle comes in three distinct layers: matcha first, mango in the middle, and a final piña colada layer to close things out.

And honestly, we have questions. How did they get three completely different layers to behave themselves? Why aren’t they just… becoming one giant melted matcha-mango-piña-colada situation? We’re not food scientists, but the liquid-to-frozen pipeline happening here feels suspiciously close to chemistry. Whatever wizardry went into keeping each layer distinct, we’re not complaining. We’re just happy someone figured it out.

The exclusive popsicle is now available across Dolato's Sahel branches, including Lakeyard, Diplo Walk, Marassi – Mporium, Playa, La Vista, June and SilverSands.
