Egyptian short film ‘32B’ has been selected for the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival as part of the Tribeca Shorts program.
First premiered at Carthage Film Festival, ‘32B’ is directed by Mohamed Taher and written by Haitham Dabbour. The film is a dark comedy following a single father as he navigates the discomforts of parenthood to his teenage daughter.
The short stars Mohamed Mamdouh, Hana Shiha, Ahmed Dash, Gehad Hossam Eldein and Jessica Hosam Eldin and is produced by Red Star.
‘32B’ will screen as part of this year’s Tribeca Festival, which runs from June 3rd to 14th, 2026.
